It's probably a cultural thing. I dont want to assume that she's indian or Guyanese. Or or from any other country. But at least their not piercing it? themselves at home.

Lets say she was under ten. Then I'd probably consider that shes too young for it. I personally wouldnt have let my daughter get and piercings more extreme then a second hole in her lobes until she's at least 15. But it's w.e. Children around the world have been gettin piercings like this for centuries. Not saying she should get gauges. But a little nose piercing? Nah? she ok.

i'm 14, i got my lip pierced last month :) but im getting a stud in my nose for my 15th birthday...relax people, some parents raise their kids to let them do things they wanna do (without it being extremely harmful, like drugs and alcohol, my mom would beat my? ass!) before i could get my lip done, i had to give her a list of pros and cons, write out how to take care of it, and raise the money to pay my aunt's friend so she would do it (15 bucks)
